Terms and Conditions for Walletor.com and Walletor token

  1. No Association with Third-Party Companies: Walletor tokens and the Walletor project are not affiliated, associated, endorsed, or sponsored by companies mentioned on the platform, such as Apple, Amazon, Best Buy, or others. Any references to these companies are purely for illustrative purposes and do not imply any formal relationship.

  2. No Financial, Legal, or Investment Advice: The Walletor team does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information shared is for educational and informational purposes only. It is your responsibility to consult with licensed professionals and conduct thorough research before making any financial or investment decisions.

  3. High Risk of Loss: Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. The value of $WALLETOR tokens may significantly decrease or become worthless. Investing in $WALLETOR tokens involves a high degree of risk, and you should only invest funds you can afford to lose.

  4. No Guarantee of Success: There is no guarantee that the Walletor project will meet its intended objectives or be successful. Many blockchain projects face technical, regulatory, and market challenges, which may lead to partial or complete failure.

  5. Jurisdictional Restrictions: Walletor and the purchase or sale of $WALLETOR tokens are restricted in certain countries. While Walletor intends to comply with applicable regulations and may implement KYC/AML procedures in the future for its platform, the upcoming token presale will be conducted through a decentralized platform called www.pinksale.finance. As a decentralized third party, Walletor does not have the ability to directly block users from restricted countries on the PinkSale platform, nor will KYC/AML be conducted through PinkSale during the presale. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations, as well as all applicable international sanctions.

  6. Platform Development and Availability: The Walletor website and software are currently under development and not operational. The current page serves as a conceptual preview of potential services, pending legal and regulatory approval. There are no active sales or live services at this time.

  7. No Ownership or Governance Rights: Purchasing $WALLETOR tokens does not provide ownership, voting, or governance rights in the Walletor company or its operations. $WALLETOR tokens are strictly utility tokens and do not constitute shares, securities, or equity in the project.

  8. No Future Profit or Return Claims: The Walletor team makes no promises or representations about the future value or profitability of $WALLETOR tokens. Investments in $WALLETOR tokens should not be made based on speculation or expectations of returns. $WALLETOR tokens are not designed or marketed as an investment and should not be considered as such.

  9. Technological and Cybersecurity Risks: Blockchain technologies are subject to potential vulnerabilities, including hacks, exploits, bugs, and smart contract failures. Walletor cannot guarantee the security of the platform or tokens and is not responsible for any losses due to technological failures or breaches.

  10. User Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your personal wallets and private keys. Walletor cannot recover lost tokens or provide refunds due to errors, theft, or loss of access.

  11. Regulatory and Tax Compliance: Cryptocurrencies operate in an evolving regulatory landscape. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable regulations, including tax obligations, in your jurisdiction. Walletor is not liable for any legal consequences or tax liabilities incurred.

  12. Force Majeure: Walletor shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, technical failures, or cyber-attacks.

  13. Modification and Discontinuation Rights: Walletor reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or discontinue any part of the project or platform at any time without prior notice. These changes may affect the functionality or value of $WALLETOR tokens.

  14. Prohibited Activities: By engaging with Walletor, you agree not to use $WALLETOR tokens for any illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud. Walletor reserves the right to cooperate with authorities to investigate and prevent illegal use of its platform or tokens. Walletor reserves the right to implement KYC/AML procedures in the future for its platform, and users agree to cooperate with such procedures if required. Users are required to report any suspicious activity or potential violations of these terms to Walletor.

  15. Age and Legal Capacity: By purchasing or holding $WALLETOR tokens, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during any registration or interaction with the platform.

  16. No Refunds or Reversals: Transactions involving $WALLETOR tokens are final and non-reversible. Walletor does not offer refunds or guarantees for token purchases.

  17. User Acknowledgment: By engaging with Walletor and purchasing or selling $WALLETOR tokens, you acknowledge that you fully understand the risks outlined in this disclaimer and agree to indemnify Walletor and its team from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or tokens. This includes indemnification against claims arising from your breach of these terms, violation of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.

  18. Third-Party Services: Walletor may integrate or reference third-party services. However, Walletor is not responsible for the performance, security, or reliability of any third-party platforms or integrations. Users engaging with third-party services do so at their own risk.

  19. Governing Terms and Conditions; Additional Agreements: These Terms and Conditions constitute a part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with Walletor. Additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein or otherwise provided to you, also govern your use of the Walletor platform and your purchase, sale, or holding of $WALLETOR tokens. By using the Walletor platform or engaging with $WALLETOR tokens, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all other applicable agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other agreement, the terms of the other agreement shall prevail with respect to the specific subject matter thereof. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Walletor, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Walletor reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  20. Nature of $WALLETOR Tokens: $WALLETOR tokens are utility tokens intended for use within the Walletor ecosystem (once operational). They are not intended to be securities under U.S. federal securities laws or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction. They do not represent any investment contract, share of profits, equity, or ownership in Walletor. There is no expectation of profit derived solely from the efforts of Walletor or any third party. The utility of the tokens is currently contingent on the successful launch of the Walletor platform. The tokens currently have no functionality.

  21. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walletor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Walletor has been informed of the possibility of such damage.
